Betting Limit: RM 50 – RM 15,000Baccarat is one of the oldest and most beloved casino games in the world, and in Malaysia in particular, it has long been the top choice among casino players. Unlike other card games such as poker or blackjack that demand deep skill and strategy, baccarat offers a simplicity that is hard to find elsewhere — you simply choose between three options: Banker, Player, or Tie. This simplicity is what makes it a game anyone can enjoy — from brand-new players just signing up at ibet789 to seasoned veterans who have spent years at the VIP tables.
At ibet789, we understand that Malaysian players want more than just another online game. They want an experience — the real casino atmosphere, professional dealers, and genuine interaction. That is why we invest in high-quality live streaming technology, ensuring every round of baccarat is broadcast in high definition with no lag or interruptions. Whether you are playing from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, or Kota Kinabalu, your experience at ibet789 is consistently smooth.
One of the most common questions from new players is — is baccarat easy to learn? The answer is yes. The core objective is to predict which hand will come closest to a value of 9. Cards valued at 10, Jack, Queen, and King count as zero, while an Ace counts as 1. All other cards count at face value. If the total of two cards exceeds 9, only the last digit counts — for example, 7 + 8 = 15, which counts as 5. ibet789 provides a comprehensive guide within our platform to help new players pick up the rules quickly.
There are plenty of online baccarat platforms out there, but ibet789 stands apart for good reason. We offer over 12 different baccarat table variants — from classic tables and Speed Baccarat to Baccarat Squeeze, all the way up to VVIP tables with betting limits of up to RM 50,000 per round. Whatever your experience level or budget, there's a table at ibet789 that's right for you.
Second, ibet789 ensures that deposits and withdrawals are smooth and fast. We support all major Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM 30, and funds arrive in your account within minutes. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours for regular members, and faster for VIP members.
On top of that, ibet789 offers one of the most competitive bonus programs in Malaysia. New baccarat players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 100%, while loyal players can enjoy weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and exclusive offers sent directly to their accounts. Our VIP program also grants access to exclusive baccarat tables not available to regular players.
Playing baccarat at ibet789 requires no special software downloads. Everything runs directly in your web browser, or through the ibet789 mobile app available on iOS and Android. Here's how to get started:
After registering and logging in to your ibet789 account, go to the "Baccarat" or "Live Casino" section. Choose a table that fits your budget — keep in mind that some tables have minimum bets as low as RM 10. Once you're at the table, you'll see a live interface with a dealer you can watch in real time. Select whether you want to bet on Banker, Player, or Tie, then enter your stake. Click "Bet" and wait for the dealer to deal the cards. The outcome is determined automatically and any winnings are instantly credited to your account.
One feature ibet789 players love is the baccarat result history display, known as the "road map" — a chart showing Banker/Player outcomes over previous rounds. While baccarat is a game of pure chance and no pattern can be guaranteed, many Malaysian players use this information as a reference when making their betting decisions.

Strategies & Guides
While baccarat is a game of chance, there are several approaches many Malaysian players use to manage their bets more wisely.
Double your bet after each loss so that the next win covers all previous losses. Best suited for players with sufficient bankroll and short gaming sessions at ibet789.
Double your bet when you win — not when you lose. The goal is to hit three consecutive wins before returning to your original stake. A more conservative and lower-risk approach.
Bet amounts follow a sequence of 1, 3, 2, and 6 units. Complete all four stages successfully and you'll walk away with a solid net profit at a controlled level of risk.
Set a daily loss limit — for example, no more than RM 200. Once that limit is reached, stop playing for the day. ibet789 lets you set this limit directly in your account settings.
Many Malaysian players choose to keep betting on Banker for as long as it keeps winning. It's a straightforward approach that takes advantage of Banker's lower house edge and requires no complicated system.
Ibet789 offers a free practice mode for baccarat. Try out all the strategies above at no risk before playing with real money. Practice builds confidence.
